The overall design of the apartment felt chic and minimal. Though the shared living space was well-maintained and inviting, I did find the soundproofing lacked in some areas. My stay was enjoyable, with the location being a highlight.

I had the a double room which was large and spotless with individual bathrooms. The staff were friendly, a real pleasure to deal with.

It is a wonderful small and ideal property located in Tel Aviv City-Centre district just next door to Dizengoff square and shopping center and Bauhaus of Tel Aviv and Disenhoff shopping mall. The staff ensures you have a nice time, they are friendly and great...

Couldn’t fault!

It has great, amicable staff.

I was shocked-I was surrounded by raucous 11 pm kitchen parties while trying to get my beauty sleep, and I was a little disappointed to find there was no laundry service on-site, forcing me to trek elsewhere. Oh, and a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been lovely to compensate for my struggles, but I guess that was too much to ask for.

Room was clean with a super comfy bed, almost 5-star level. Location offered a nice mix of local shops and restaurants. Communicating with the host was straightforward.

The staff was affable and great to deal with. It was an incredible location for us, not far from everything, restos, bars, cafes, grocery stores, and Disenhoff shopping mall. We saw St Paul's Church, that's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue...

The shared living room felt neglected, with an unkempt entrance that didn't give a great first impression. Lacking curtains on the balcony door was a bit unsettling, especially since the temperature control is in the owner's hands. The television's Hebrew settings were frustrating and made entertainment more complicated than it should've been.

The centrally located apartment made exploring the city easy.

The culinary scene around Roza is to die for! Don't miss King George for a local vibe or Nam for glorious Indian dishes. The bed in my Beautiful Double Room with Balcony was like sleeping on a cloud, and the clean, minimal aesthetics of the apartment. The location was mint for exploring local shops and dining options!

great stay but slight room for improvement

I appreciated the friendly communication from the owner who was quick to respond to any inquiries. The hotel was clean, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy and convenient. The central location allowed for a short walk to both the beach and various cafes where I enjoyed lovely views of the city.

The room could benefit from a bit more decor to create a cozier atmosphere.
